58TH ANNUAL FESTIVAL

NORTH SHORE PERFORMING ARTS COMPETITIONS

Welcome to all participants in the 58th Annual Festival.  This year Entry Forms for all sections are available for downloading in Word 97-2003 so that entries may be filled out and emailed to the Convenors as per email addresses on the forms.  They are also available as a PDF file which may be printed out, filled in and posted to the address given on that Entry Form, marking the envelope with the name of the section (such as Pianoforte, Junior Vocal, etc).  The competitor's surname (last name) must be entered as the reference on the Entry Form.   Fees must still be paid by direct deposit to the Bank Account number listed on that Entry Form and the surname (last name) of the competitor is to be given as reference on the deposit.

Correct information on your Entry Form is important.  Please check all details as these are used to create the printed programme with accurate timetabling.  Mistakes are a nuisance so please take the time to get it right before sending in your entry. Contact the Convenor of your section who will be happy to help if you have any difficulty in getting your entry right.  All contact details are near the top of each Entry Form.
